   Purple Touch     1 1/2 oz. vodka 1/2 oz. peach schnapps 3oz orange juice 1/2 oz. plain syrup 1/4 oz. lime juice 2oz sorrel juice or extracts    Method : Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker , shake vigorously with ice.                Garnish and serve in a chill poco grande glass.        Purple Touch

Sweetsop Cheesecake       21/21b Cream cheese 3/4 lb Sugar 1oz Cornstarch .5oz lemon zest grated .5oz vanilla extract 1/2 lb eggs 3oz Egg yolks 1/4 lb Heavy cream 2oz milk 2oz lemon juice 5oz Sweet sop Method: Using a short dough . Ingredients: 4oz shortening and butter 1.5 oz. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1.5oz eggs 6oz Pastry flour Procedure: 1. Using the paddle attachment, mix the butter, shortening and salt at low speed until smooth and evenly blended. 2. Add the eggs and mix just until absorbed. 3 . Sift the flour and add it to the mixture. Mix just until evenly blended. 4. Chill several hours before using. Preparing the cake . 1. prepare the pan by lining the bottom with a thin layer of short dough. Prebake the short dough until it begins to turn golden brown. 2. Sunday’s Punch Ingredients: 4oz pumpkin 4oz beetroot 4oz vanilla soya powder 2oz plain syrup 4oz ripe banana 3 drops vanilla Pinch nutmeg Dash of cinnamon Pinch of salt. 1 cup of water Method:   Wash beet and pumpkin cut into cubes. Bring water to a boil, pour over both and allow to steep, preferable overnight. Combine all ingredients and blend. Booster 007  Ingredients: 4oz Pumpkin Pinch of salt 4oz Beetroot 4oz Vanilla soya powder 2oz Plain syrup 4oz Ripe banana 3 drops vanilla Pinch nutmeg Dash of cinnamon 1 cup of water   Method:   Wash and cut up beet and pumpkin into cubes. Bring water to a boil, pour over both allow to steep, preferable overnight. Combine all ingredients and blend, sweeten. SMOOTH BLUE Ingredients: 2oz blue curacao 1/2 oz. crème de banana liqueur 3oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz. peach schnapps 1/4 oz. lime juice 1/4 oz. plain syrup 2oz vodka Method : Place ice in shaking can combine all ingredients.               cover with shaking glass, shake until vigorously chill.               Serve into a garnished Poco Grande glass.                                                Round De' World Ingredients  :    4oz ice cream 4oz peanuts 2oz oats 4ozs.ripe banana 2 eggs 2oz brandy 6oz guinness/dragon 2oz sweetened milk 3drops vanilla 2pinch nutmeg 2 dash cinnamon powder 4oz  hot milk Method:              1. Break eggs and remove the eyes dissolve in hot milk              2. Combine all ingredients in the blender.              3. Add one medium scoop of crushed ice.              4.
