Ingredients 

1lb. palm seeds
4ozs ginger
1/2 oz. cloves
1pt. freshwater
1oz.lime /lemon juice 
4oz. sweetener
.75 oz. sodium benzoate 
Method:
wash palm seeds thoroughly, allow water to reach boiling point pour over seeds along with the root ginger, cloves, and allow to steep for 4 hrs. strain, sweeten, and serve.
