Ingredients:

4 leaves of the june plum
2ozs white rum
1ozs clear sugar
4ozs soda water
1/2oz lime juice
Method :
combine sugar and plum leaves in a collins glass and muddle for 2-5 mins. add rum ice and soda water to fill, garnish and serve.
